Williams-Sonoma is a specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home via e-commerce websites, direct mail catalogs and 623 retail stores. As a senior member of e-commerce UX team, I was responsible for interaction design across six retail brands (Williams-Sonoma, WS Home, Pottery Barn, PB Kids, PB Teen, and West Elm).
