Roles & Responsibilities

While at AOL-Netscape I lead a user-centered design process in the creation of multiple web applications including the Digital Music Store, Media Player, My AOL, and AOL Alerts. I also played a central role in the redesign of Netscape.com by incorporating findings from user research and integrating the latest technologies. Deliverables included developing a style guide to bring consistent interfaces and functionality across AOL products, visual design for numerous feature packages, and an engaging branded experience for the content programming team.
