Roles & Responsibilities

As UX lead for the analytics team, I collaborated with the business analysts and the marketing team to analyze clickstream (Omniture) data and make recommendations to improve user experience and increase conversion. I created the comps for different strategies to validate with A/B tests then iterated the design. I participated in the roadmap planning and provided UI guidelines. Projects included:

  • Search engine optimization
  • Optimisation of marketing landing pages to increase conversion 
  • Optimisation of signup flow and UI to reduce abandonment rate
  • Audit of the membership cancellation flow and suggesting improvements
